The fee for our services are established upfront. We then go to work to get you the best price, from the right sub-contractor or supplier, for the cost of work. You are given and explained everyone’s bid and/or proposal. You are given access to all actual cost. A detailed cost statement is constructed for you, which enables you to understand every task and all materials needed to build your home. The animosity inherent in the traditional approach of hiring a typical general contractor is avoided under our approach. It becomes our duty as your construction management partner to protect your interests and to make sure you get the best possible value for your money spent throughout the construction process. Makes Sense doesn't it, but rarely is this path followed.
Experience and knowledge about project management, foresight regarding on-site field operations and one’s ability to keep sub-contractors on task is what makes the difference between a 6 month build time and a house that took 16 months to build. By having a respected and proven individual contracted from the design phase that has a broad perspective of any potential issues that may arise during construction will reduce change orders to a minimum and keep your project on budget and on time.
